Daniel Loxton speaks at Edmonton Planetarium

Daniel rarely speaks on stage, but his occasional lectures are on topics close to his heart.

Here is his main stage talk “A Rare and Beautiful Thing” from The James Randi Educational Foundation‘s The Amazing Meeting 2014 conference in Las Vegas, in which he describes skepticism as a “bright, shining thread…of curiosity and conscience” which “runs through the whole of the human tapestry.” The Skeptics Society has also published full text versions of this talk online in eSkeptic and in print in the pages of Skeptic magazine.
